Transitional Care of Las Vegas offers comprehensive rehabilitation services to hospital inpatients. Our goal is to improve the every-day living skills of persons recovering from illness or injury. TCLV deploys a multidisciplinary team including rehab nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, healthcare psychologists, a therapeutic recreational specialist and social workers. The compassionate and outcome-oriented team at TCLV observes high standards of care in providing you service. In evaluating, treating and managing patients suffering from stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury and other rehab-appropriate diagnoses, we strive to meet your rehab goals and progress toward a smooth transition of returning you to your home and community.
